Discussion Starter · #1 · Jan 19, 2009. i've read posts on the DI forums about people installing a dodge cummins intake grid heater to supplement or replace the GP system. i'm wondering about doing this on an 89 7.3 IDI. it has several broken off glow plugs, and no other need that i know of to pull the heads.
