Wait for the screensaver to kick in and it should be fine and not laggy as the box is unchecked, then you can re-check the box and it should be working as normal...I hope ! Windows and background remain visible on the left most monitor. I'm using the built-in Ribbons screensaver, although it happen with the other built in screensavers except for Blank.
