I use NMM for installing pretty much everything, but if you use PC exclusive animation path, you need to have it ticked otherwise the animation wont work. It's the only thing I've ever run into where my animations wouldn't work. You might need a compatible skeleton.

But it looks like you mixed files from 2 different FNIS versions. The mt_behavior_TEMPLATE.txt is from 5.3 Beta 1, whereas the generator exe is an older one.
